Subject: Community Soccer Club Opening Day

Welcome to the first edition of the Community Soccer Club e-letter.  This method will be 
used periodically to keep you informed of club happenings.

By now all players should have received calls from your coaches, and the more duck-like 
of you might even have held a practice session.  Sorry about the rain ... not much we can 
do about that!

Speaking of rain, I appreciate everyone's patience with the field situation.  Plain Township 
Parks and Recreation asked us to stay off the fields last week because pre-season 
maintenance was way behind schedule due to the bad weather.

Don't forget, if you need a CSC reversible jersey, to arrive 30 minutes before kick-off.  
Come on up to the second floor of the Diamond Community Center and we'll be there to sell 
you one.  Price is $15.00 each.

All parents are reminded that parking is not permitted along Diamond Street or in front of 
the barn.  If the east lot is full please go down to the west lot.  The walk will do you 
good!

Also, we try to keep our fields clean (no pets, please) and our air clean (no smoking, 
please).

Good luck to everybody this weekend as we begin our 15th year serving North Canton and 
Plain Township with high quality, enjoyable recreational soccer.
