The refund policy of the Community Soccer Club is as follows.

If a player is unable to participate and advises the Club of that fact prior to the first game of the season, the Club will either give full credit of the registration fee towards the next season's fee or refund one-half of the registration fee to the player. The choice is up to the player. If the player is unable to participate after the first game of the season, there will be no refund and no application of the registration fee towards the next season.
