FAQs

The player's uniform consists of a reversible blue and gold jersey, comfortable shorts, shin guards, soccer socks covering the shin guards, and soccer shoes with molded rubber cleats.

Alternatively, running shoes or tennis shoes are acceptable, although the player may be at a disadvantage without the additional traction provided by soccer shoes. Football and baseball shoes are unacceptable and not permitted.

Soccer rules are becoming increasingly strict regarding wearing of jewelry and other items, such as casts, that could pose a danger to the player or others on the playing field. Therefore, it is the policy of the Community Soccer Club to allow no jewelry whatsoever. The only exception to this is that players who have recently received ear piercings who cannot remove the stud must cover the ear lobe with a piece of adhesive tape.

Looking sharp on the field of play is important for self esteem and team spirit. Here's one of our young star players modeling proper kit.
